Digital Product Manager – Payments

As a Barclays Digital Product Manager, you will help drive the vision, strategy, design, and execution of payments products and services. You will have the energy and ambition of an entrepreneur within Barclays and the technical background to be capable on delivery and development whilst managing business stakeholders across the bank to meet product needs.

As a Digital Product Manager, your main responsibilities will involve:
• Supporting the Senior Digital Product Manager with the vision, strategy, design, and execution of the product roadmap.
• Taking an entrepreneurial approach within Barclays Digital Banking
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards
• Acting as the digital feature owner and inspiring the team from ideate to execution
• Owning requirements and scope, leading the team in the right direction, defining launch parameters, and prioritising features in the roadmap through the use of various means

As a Digital Product Manager, your skills and qualifications will include:
• Previous experience in digital product or proposition development
• An education to degree level or can demonstrate equivalent experience
• The ability to use relevant design, research and presentation software
• The ability to be adept at evaluating economic, market and customer trends affecting the business and its customers
• Proven experience in Agile delivery
