Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and reliable HGV Driver with Hiab licence to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and vehicle care. Experience with flatbed and commercial driving is highly desirable. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about driving and logistics to contribute to a dynamic organisation.

Responsibilities

Operate flatbed lorries and Hiab commercial vehicles in compliance with road safety regulations
Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries
Load, secure, and unload cargo with Vehicle Hiab , adhering to safety standards
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
Communicate effectively with Transport office and clients regarding delivery schedules and any unforeseen delays
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies during operations
Qualifications

Proven experience as a delivery HGV Hiab driver with flatbed experience.
Valid driving licence suitable for commercial vehicles (category C or higher)
Strong knowledge of road networks and navigation systems within the region
Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading and unloading cargo safely
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
