Customer Data Visualization Delivery
Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) serves as the central provider of technology infrastructure to JP Morgan Chase. Infrastructure Lifecycle Management’s (ILM) role is to optimize our customer’s experience. ILM is responsible for ensuring that GTI delivers an infrastructure lifecycle that is efficient, stable, high-quality and cost-effective.
This role directly reports to the Head of Customer Planning, Engagement and Experience within ILM. The position will include Customer Relationship Management across all the LOBs, driving further improvements in Forecast Analysis and Demand Planning discipline together with taking ILM customer reporting to a new level. The position will include partnering with the LOB Infrastructure Leads plus Service Owners and Architects within the GTI organisation.
The Customer Data Visualization Delivery Lead is responsible for:
Management of all Customer Demand Planning and Reporting resources globally
Partnering with LOB counterparts and CIOs through regular session to manage the relationships and to gather information on our customers planned roadmaps and needs effecting demand
Utilising the Kinaxis Rapid Response application and associated golden data sources to drive increased focus on forecast and actuals analytics, reducing forecast error and assisting the Plant team in closing supply gaps through improved predictive modelling
Creating and maintaining the single source of customer reporting and KPIs for E2E GTI delivery thereby supporting the CX (Customer Experience) focus
Revolutionising the space to create a world class function through improvements in tooling, automation and process
Managing left-right interfaces with all members of the Customer Planning, Engagement and Experience management team
Partnering with key stakeholders including LOB Customer Leads, Service Owners, and GTI Solution Architects.The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of working in a customer-suppler environment, ideally in a customer role
Good understanding of what it takes to improve the customer experience
Expert in working with data and data reporting
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to tell a story
Leadership, influence and negotiation skills with counterparts and customers at all levels including LOB Infrastructure leads to drive change
Working knowledge of functional supply chain solutions such as Demand Planning, Aggregated Supply Planning, Order fulfilment, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management
Broad technical background in distributed technologies
Experience of process/productivity improvement in the infrastructure space
Self-starter, strategic and creative thinker outlook coupled with delivery agent : generates ideas to drive forward, can see the end to end picture, delivers the vision
Team player track record and ability to form strong relationships with peers
Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken at all levels of the organisation
Excellent management skills, including problem solving, team management, negotiation, conflict resolution and working as part of both a global and regional team (matrix mgt)
Proven experience defining ,implementing and driving ever improving metrics that truly measure the performance of the team, and demonstrate delivery of the improvements
Risk and controls experience within a technology organisation
