You will be part of the CAO HR Business Partner team.
The CAO HR Business Partner will partner with regional managers across the CAO groups. This individual will provide day-to-day support for employees within the global function by coordinating with regional and HR colleagues around the world. In addition to partnering with the HR Business Partners to provide a first class level of service to the clients, the incumbent will also have direct responsibility for some key client groups of their own. The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience, and will be eager to be an active member of the team that support the day-to-day HR priorities in a fast paced environment in collaboration with clients.
The role:
An understanding of HR technical skills and best practices
Trusted Advisor – counsels and advises managers and employees on HR related matters
Partner with specialist HR groups to advise and facilitate people processes for the group such as: recruitment, compensation and benefits, development initiatives and expatriate moves
Partners closely with the business to develop and proactively manage the people agenda and priorities of the business
Effectively partners with other teams within HR (Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, HRSD)
Play a key role in managing and coordinating the year end evaluation and compensation process for the relevant client groups. This includes preparation for evaluation committees, attending evaluation committees and compensation analysis and audits.
Participates in business projects and initiatives relating to the Corporate Sector groups
Manages complex and sensitive employee relations cases
Partner with and develop strong relationships with global counterparts advising them on EMEA process, policy and regulations
Facilitates change and seizes opportunities to introduce improvements to current practices and procedures
Delivers creative solutions to fully utilise expertise within the firmAll internal moves will normally take place on the same grade and same salary. Salaries are reviewed annually in February. Exceptions to the rule regarding transfer on current salary may include a move between geographic locations.
