The role is part of the TS EMEA Legal Entity (LE) Strategy Team and will report directly to the Provision of Service Lead.
The TS EMEA LE Strategy Team’s mission is to support the EMEA and Global Treasury Services Businesses in:
The delivery of large, complex and cross line of business transformation programmes
Managing and coordinating the business response to external political and economic events
The delivery of business change required to support risk and regulatory commitments
Identification and delivery of improvements which streamline and enhance internal business processes
Remediation of ongoing issues with significant client or business impacts The standard responsibilities and deliverables of the LE Strategy Project Manager role include:
Establishing project governance and accountability through the working and steering groups
Engaging key stakeholders and business partners across Transaction Services
Ensuring that the project follows the firm’s standard processes from initiation to closure (e.g. New Business Initiative Approval [NBIA], Internal Affiliate Services [IAS] etc.)
Developing and maintaining a project plan to track critical path tasks and dependencies
Ensuring the traceability of requirements through the project lifecycle
Maintaining a SharePoint site for project collaboration and issue and risk management
Producing weekly status reports in PowerPoint and Share Point
Developing innovative solutions for the collation and reporting of project data using technologies such as InfoPath and SharePoint
Performance will be measured against the completion and quality of project milestones (e.g. interim code deliveries and final implementation) and contribution to the team’s knowledge base and Transaction Services Business in EMEA

Expert user of MS SharePoint and Office Suite (including MS Project and Access)
