The Rates and FX MMO and JPMorgan Markets Client Service teams sit in the Macro Middle Office. They are responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient recording of transactions, maintenance of trades through their life-cycle, ensuring transactions are reflected consistently and correctly across the infrastructure and ensuring that all underlying data is strictly controlled and maintained. All teams are responsible for maintaining excellent client service.
The team holds a unique position interfacing directly with the Front Office, Operations, Prime Brokerage, Custody and Fund Services and Technology.
The individual joining the team will be responsible for undertaking the following:
Business analysis of Sales and Marketing Middle Office technology requirements
Analysis of metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Ref Data remediation
Writing and syndication of business requirements
Test management and User Acceptance Testing
Project coordination between Operations and Technology teams
Actively participate to help drive improvements in current processes whilst maintaining control focus
Required skillset:

Strong IT skills, in particular Excel Experience Required
Business analysis, project management, testing skills
Understanding of Financial Regulations

Strong control focus in a constantly evolving environment.
Trader and marketer contact is frequent and the applicant should be of a confident and outgoing personality. Qualifications
