The Client Account Services Team supports account setup and maintenance for internal and external clients of the CIB.  Core activities include facilitating complex account setup processes across multiple LOBs, managing large new business initiatives and partnering with the businesses to ensure account structures meet current and future regulatory requirements.  The function manages BAU activities and also drives technology solutions to be responsive to a changing regulatory and business landscape. 
 
Role Description: The Data and Change Lead manages a team who provides strategic direction and manages large scale programs which may include significant onboarding, data  and transformation initiatives.  The role will be located in either Brooklyn or London.
The role and responsibilities of the Executive Director of the Data and Change Management organization will include the following:
Define and drive strategy for data management to develop and execute plans to remediate data and create a strong and sustainable data governance program  leveraging operational control, metrics, and technology solutions 
Partner with key stakeholders across the CIB to develop strategy, plans and prioritization for key business programs  
Drive large scale onboarding initiatives in close partnership with BAU teams, ensuring  tight management of deliverables and resource management  
Perform E2E process analysis and define future state business process to ensure global consistency and maximize efficiency. Define and manage transformation roadmap
Oversee prioritization and balancing of strategic vs. tactical and regulatory changeExtensive experience in Financial Services industry
Strong program management background
Expertise in client onboarding for Financial Services segment
Demonstrated experience in designing successful data quality and control processes
Demonstrated ability to drive E2E process reviews and drive transformation re-engineering
Excellent people management capabilities.  Ability to lead global and matrixed team structures
Executive presence and ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders concurrently
