Position Summary
Fund Services Product Management provide oversight for Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and IIS revenues within EMEA. The individual will be responsible for monitoring and reporting monthly revenues, provide billing support to the business to ensure timely invoice production and ensure delivery of the billing strategic change agenda. This key role will work in close partnership across the GFS matrix organizational structure with GFS Product heads, Global Fee Billing Operations and Billing Change teams, GFS Operations, Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue management for EMEA FS Products
Take lead to resolve FS billing issues and escalate where necessary to ensure revenue maximization
Undertake client revenue analyses including providing analytical support for client re-pricings.
Maintain the EMEA FS standard (anchor) rate card ensuring alignment with strategic tools.
Oversee the implementation of the FS anchor rate card ensuring business adherence to core pricing principles
Support the roll-out of billing strategic change initiatives across FS Products. Qualifications / Experience
Proven skills as a business analyst with a strong Excel modelling background.
Ability to challenge data and deliver high quality financial analysis within tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Fund Services business including an understanding of key cost and revenue drivers.
Strong team-working / relationship building skills including an ability to manage virtual teams and influence across a range of disciplines and at all levels.
Self motivated, proactive and able to plan and prioritise own workload.
Change agent with the ability to swiftly and effectively execute
Ability to think outside of the box with the vision, energy and practical execution skills to deliver projects in line with the business strategy
