At CWRP, we work across Yorkshire and the North of England supporting highways, construction, and infrastructure projects — and we’re now looking for additional Class 2 HGV Sweeper Drivers to join our growing team.

The Role

Operate Class 2 vehicles supporting road planing and surfacing projects
Load, transport and assist with site operations when required
Maintain professional driving standards and vehicle safety
Work flexibly, including occasional nights and weekends
What We’re Looking For

Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence, CPC, and digital tachograph card
Experience in highways or construction transport preferred but not essential
Reliable, hard-working and flexible approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
While experience is preferred, it is not essential — we’re eager to bring new people through the ranks and will consider all experience levels. Suitable training will be provided.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
