Careermakers Recruitment (Uk) Ltd is looking for a Class 1 HGV Driver to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, at least, in Class 1 HGV driving. This position includes Tramping Monday-Thursday overnight.

What we do:
We provide a variety of services to our customers including General Haulage- For this role you will be starting from the Depot at Liverpool Docks- and will be required to do 2 drops a day. The role includes Tramping and Long Distance Driving- there isn’t any handballing as this is done by the base site and clients.

The Pay:

Pay is £50,000 a year- which works out to be £950 a week including payment for overnight stays.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
