Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver for a role based in Stockport. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 24 months of Class 1 driving experience and be comfortable with night shifts. This position offers competitive pay rates ranging from £17/hour to £19.31/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Secure and transport loads in compliance with safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
Ensure timely and efficient deliveries
Requirements:

Minimum 24 months of Class 1 driving experience

Valid Class 1 driving license
Strong understanding of road safety regulations
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle physical workload
Professional and customer-focused attitude
