HGV CLASS 1 (Relief Driver – Flexi)

Job Details – Relief Driver – Monday – Friday
I am looking for a Class 1 Driver on a permanent basis to join a well-established and reputable company who have 9 factories throughout the U.K.

You will be based on the Northfleet, Gravesend, Kent site however you must be in a position that you can commit to travel up to 50% of the year working throughout the country. (This is just an estimate) Hours are Monday – Friday from 6am – 6pm at the very latest. Should you not be required to cover on certain days you will assist on the Northfleet site

The role will involve covering holiday`s and sickness as well as being flexible to travel to various locations nationally.

Your duties include driving and travelling to various constructions and building sites delivering and collecting company products. You will have automated loading and deliveries and will not be expected to manually lift any weight exceeding 10kg.

For this role you will be given a generous salary of £33000 (Monday-Friday) with all expenses paid for if you are not in the plant location; (hotels, food allowance, work related mileage should you use your own car, company car provided in some cases) Working with this company also comes with their own extra benefits, holidays and pension scheme.
Please note there is also an opportunity to earn lots of overtime paid by the hour at weekends!
