HGV 1 Drivers
Location: Southampton and Eastleigh

£14.50 – £16.00 per hour (PAYE) | Day and Night Shifts available | Nights Out Allowance | Overtime Available

Key Responsibilities:

Safely supervise and secure vehicle loading
Ensure load accuracy against customer documentation
Carry out timely, safe, and professional deliveries
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
Deliver excellent customer service at every drop
Maintain compliance with legal driving hours and tachograph regulations
Conduct daily vehicle checks and keep cabs clean and roadworthy
Report incidents or discrepancies in line with company procedures
What We’re Looking For:

A valid UK driving licence C+E, CPC, and Digi card
No more than 6 points on your licence, and no DR or DD endorsements
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
A professional, safety-conscious, and customer-focused attitude

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it).
