Driver Vacancies:

Barans Removals are currently looking to recruit experienced furniture removal drivers.

The starting wage for an experienced removal operative is based on £18 per hour and a 40 hour week.

You will be entitled to 28 days holiday per year and enrolled in our workplace pension scheme.

We are one of the best removal companies in the area and require someone who is polite, careful, efficient with high standards.

Be a Barans Removals Driver:

What is required?

A full UK driving licence with the right to drive and work in the UK
Minimum, one year’s driving experience
3 years previous experience in Removals
You Should be:

A confident person with good customer service skills who enjoys working and dealing with people.
An excellent driver who is comfortable driving in varied environments.
Enthusiastic and flexible in your approach to work.
Be prepared to drive long distances when required.
Spend nights away when necessary.
Avaliable to work some Saturdays when required.
Driver duties:

Drivers are required to assist a crew in household and commercial removals throughout the UK. The job will involve packing, loading and unloading customers goods and effects onto vans and lorries. Experience in removals is essential.

You must be physically fit, hardworking and willing to travel when required, have a flexible approach to work as well as being good with customers and a team player.

Hours can vary depending on the removal and hotels plus overnight allowances are paid if a night away is required.

Drivers must ensure the security and safety of any company vehicle driven by them, in addition, to ensure any vehicle driven is loaded safely.
