About the Business Development Sales Manager Role
We are looking for an individual who is motivated and confident in their own ability. The Avail service sells itself so we require an individual with a sales focused attitude. It will require work and dedication but the benefits will be endless.

You must have a forward thinking approach and the ability to close sales via calls or webinars with a very realistic OTE of £40k+ for the right candidate.

We’re looking for someone who has worked in high intensity environments and someone who knows how to grow a business in various ways and have the business initiative to grow various arms of the business.

Experience in the logistics industry is vital and you’ll need to have proven direct selling experience and be able to demonstrate this throughout the interview process.

You will be required to independently generate leads but no cold calling involved as the Avail service sells itself already as a market leader in the temporary driver agency industry

Responsibilities of the Business Development Sales Manager include:
Sourcing new business and independently closing sales
Independently generating leads through a range of methods
Demoing the Avail app to potential users
Handling prestigious sales
Confidence to deliver strong presentations to clients face to face , via phone and webinars
Representing the company at exhibitions and events
Reporting back to the sales team with new potential leads and continuous growth

Package for the Business Development Role include:
Basic salary of £23,000 – £25,000 with a very realistic OTE of £40k+ for the right candidate.

CONTRACT HAULAGE WORK AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND FOR OWNER-DRIVERS AND FLEET OWNERS WITH RIGID OR ARTICULATED VEHICLES.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
