A.S.A.P Driving and Industrial Services LTD are currently seeking a professional class 2 driver for a well-known client based in Didcot.
This work will be Monday – Friday, usual start time Between 04:00am – 07.00am deliveries and collections to and from numerous destinations around england including places as far as newcastle and occasionally scotland. You will be delivering high profile electronic and telecommunications equipment on behalf of some major global companies.
Minimum 10 hour shift guaranteed but you can expect between 50 and 60 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £13.00 per hour as an LTD Driver
Rate of pay is £11.50 per hour as an PAYE Driver
There will be no lunch break deducted from your minimum 10 hours.
If you hold a valid CRB check and a valid Cargo op certificate this will be a bonus but it is not a necessary requirement.
You will need to have held a UK or EU driving licence for at least 1 year and have no more than 6 points. We cannot accept drivers with unspent DD, DR, DG or IN endorsements.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator's Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won't spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
