Your Job Description

As a front line member of our Linehaul team you will collecting your truck every evening from our base in Bedford and reporting to a hub.

You will be trunking depot to depot on box trailers, completing collections and deliveries from a specific hub, as part of a huge network of depots and returning to base each morning to go home.

You will need a good sense of humour, a fresh, flexible and friendly personality and a clean, smart appearance with a desire to be a consistently reliable, professional driver.

1 year LGV C+E experience is required

You MUST have:

A valid UK Driving Licence with CE entitlement
A valid UK CPC card –
A valid UK Digital Tachograph Card
You will have a desire to :

Work any 5 from 7 shifts with variable start and finish times
Work 4 on/4 off shift patterns
Predominately Nights – Home in the morning
Perform Trunking work- Depot to Depot Movement
Average 12 hr shifts

BECOME AN OWNER-DRIVER AND WORK FOR YOURSELF! AVERAGE EARNINGS: £45,000 – £60,000 PER YEAR. AVAILABLE ANYWHERE IN THE UK.

CONTRACT HAULAGE WORK AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND FOR OWNER-DRIVERS AND FLEET OWNERS WITH RIGID OR ARTICULATED VEHICLES.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
