Apex Resources is a busy recruitment agency currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers on behalf of our clients across the Manchester area. We have excellent opportunities for professional drivers looking for ongoing work, flexible shifts, and competitive rates of pay. Driver Responsibilities:

Delivering goods safely and efficiently across the UK
Ensuring vehicle checks and relevant paperwork are completed
Ensuring compliance with driving laws and WTD regulations
Maintaining high standards of customer service
Trunking / RDC / store deliveries / curtain-side work / container / fridges / tramping / drops & swaps / shunting
Requirements

Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience
No more than 6 penalty points (no DR/IN endorsements)
Good knowledge of UK driving regulations
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it).
