• Provide leadership and management of the Logistics functions including Warehousing, Stock Inventory, and Off-site storage of products and materials across three sites.
• Handling the legal compliance of the sites transportation and HGV drivers, as stipulated by VOSA; Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and O license holder.
• Accountable of circa 60+ personnel’s activities, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Develop and Achieve a financial budget of 5.2 million per annum, meeting operational KPI targets and providing support to the rest of the Operation team.
• Manage and tender for all Logistics contracts including 3PL distribution, MHE, Freight and Off-Site storage providers.
• Increased Warehouse Capacity with a new Warehouse layout, creating 1,800 additional pallet spaces and saving 158k p.a.

• Accountable for 2 routing planners and the scheduling of work, ensuring a strategy is in place to address seasonal fluctuations in business volumes.
• Achieving financial and operational KPI targets, whilst providing support to the rest of the Distribution Centre management team.

• Manage 80+ FTE’s across a combination of functions and over 3 depots totaling 110,000 square feet, one in a multi-temperature environment.
