I am a hardworking and enthusiastic professional with strong knowledge and experience in the technical side of construction. Having worked in the industry for many years I have developed an array of skills and extensive knowledge in fields such as building surveying, health and safety, maintenance as well as design.
Working in the field of surveying I have developed a passion for my area of work, striving to express my desire of producing a high quality job through to completion.
In my roles as a building surveyor and architectural roles I have worked extensively on social housing and local authority buildings as well as listed and historic conservation buildings with an impressive portfolio of large projects.
I have a strong working relationship with many clients across the north east in various sectors with a keen focus on client and customer care.

Skills and Achievements

I am skilled in a variety of IT software such as modern surveying programs using mobile and tablet formats, as well as Microsoft Office. I am also skilled in design software such as AutoCAD and proficient in SketchUP 3D design software.
As a good and strong communicator I am able to express my ideas and knowledge with other colleagues and clients, as well as pick up and gain knowledge from communicating with others.
Being highly organized and self-motivated, I am able to manage my own and others time to complete tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and hitting targets set.
In my professional career in the industry I have achieved accolades for my work from my employers and the public, notably surveying work in restoration projects, improving housing standards and enhancing areas and communities.
