Since passing my car test when I was 18, I started out as a van driver, doing multi-drop deliveries.
I then went onto gain my 7.5t licence, then my HGV. I’ve gained experience an knowledge from my father who is also a heavy goods driver. Ive always known i would become a driver from an early age. I really enjoy driving an seeing different places. I’d been driving rigid’s for over 10 yrs before passing my class 1, an I have experience in driving many different types of vehicles. I can work well on my own, or as part of a team.

Duties include all aspects of commercial vehicle driving including driving a wide range of vehicles ie; Tipper trucks, Refuse trucks, box lorries with tail lifts, refrigeration units, flatbed, curtain siders also grab/hiab lorries. A vast majority of the time spent here was driving a 6 wheeled rear steer dustcart.
