Class 1 Driver (Curtainsider Deliveries)
Location: Coventry
Salary: £18.44 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary, Ad-Hoc, Monday – Friday

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 Driver for an ongoing Monday to Friday position based in Coventry. The role involves curtainsider deliveries to various locations, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers who are looking for consistent, full-time work with a competitive pay rate.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating a Class 1 vehicle for curtainsider deliveries across designated routes.
Ensuring goods are securely loaded and unloaded, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Completing all necessary paperwork, including delivery notes and vehicle checks.
Maintaining a high standard of customer service with delivery recipients.
Adhering to traffic regulations and ensuring vehicle compliance.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years Class 1 driving experience.
Experience with curtainsider vehicles and load securing.
Valid C+E (Class 1) driving license and digital tachograph card.
Valid Driver CPC qualification.
Strong understanding of road safety and compliance with legal driving hours.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Good communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, with start times between 04:00 AM and 14:00 PM.
Flexible start times to suit operational needs, with potential for occasional overtime.
Pay:

£18.44 per hour
