Market Research Internship
We are seeking a smart, diligent and sociable individual to support with market research for ~6 weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop an understanding of the UK Commercial Finance market, working closely with Funding Circle’s Commercial team. You will be exposed to a combination of second-hand research and first-person interviews with commercial finance brokers and experts – giving you an exciting insight into the data behind the UK’s leading FinTech.
You will:
- Build a comprehensive view of all commercial finance intermediaries in the UK through connecting with our internal experts and online search
- Collect data about commercial finance intermediaries, both directly via structured phone surveys and indirectly via online search
- Interacting with our internal experts in Data, Analytics and Risk to complement your research with our internal understanding and data
- Working with the Commercial team to prioritise opportunities across the UK
You have:
- An undergraduate degree, ideally in a quantitative subject, e.g. sciences, engineering, economics
- A passion for data, data collection and drawing conclusions from quantitative data
- Great social skills and an enjoyment for connecting with a large number of professionals over the phone
