Wealth Planner
As a Wealth Planner joining Barclays during a time of growth, you will be able to not only manage, but also build our customer portfolio. Your responsibilities as a Wealth Planner will be:
• To provide full wealth planning services to a group of our customers with an emphasis on regulated products
• To provide financial advice to your customers
• To build and maintain strong relationships with your customers in order to introduce them to a wider range of products and services across the Bank
• To identify, develop and secure new client relationships through referrals and leveraging both Barclays wide internal network and your own network
• To devise and implement a client acquisition strategy
As a Wealth Planner, your skills and qualifications will include:
• Ideally you will have worked in a private bank or wealth management before this role
• A strong financial planning / advice background
• Detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements and the taxation system in the UK, plus technical and product knowledge of life assurance, pensions and investment advisory
• Excellent market knowledge with an ongoing interest in the financial markets

Regulated Role:
This role is a certified role under the PRA & FCA – Individual Accountabilities Regulations and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
