Job Description
Opportunity is around the corner Pertemps are recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to work for our client based in the Lincoln area. You will be required to carry out deliveries to customers premises and RDC’s in a box trailer unit.
What will I be required to do?
Deliver loads across the country
Ensure loads are safe and secure
Ensure a friendly customer service
Complete necessary paperwork
What skills or experience would I need?
Category Cat C / HGV 2 Driver on your licence
Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification
Commercial driving experience
Have a can-do attitude
No DR10’s No CD10’s No IN10’s – no more than 6 points
What hours will I be required to work?
You will be required to work Monday to Friday starting at 6:00am each day. Occasional nights out may be required.
How much will I be paid?
You will be a basic rate of £13.00ph, overtime is also payable after 45 hours at the rate of £16.25ph

The Best Connection on behalf of our Burtonwood based client are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 night Drivers for long term ongoing work.
*****LONG TERM ONGOING WORK*****
22:00 – 01:00 start times available.
Full time and part time drivers welcome, we work around your availability.
Nationwide trunk work or local drop and swap.
No Loading or Unloading.
Clean and easy work.
Rates of pay per hour
£14.50 – Monday to Thursday
£15.00 – Friday
£16.50 – Saturday
£17.50 – Sunday
On site assessments are available on a daily basis with immediate starts available.
