3 Pillars Business Profile

Team:
Having held various senior management roles over the last 15 years I have developed an open management style that creates an atmosphere of belonging to a team. Regular coaching sessions of my senior management are supported by internal departmental audits; I get involved in the detail and will do the role to lead from within, the results of which are then displayed to encourage / motivate. Reducing staff turnover in all my businesses through investing time is one my strongest beliefs, treating my team fairly they will in turn respect my decisions and follow my leadership, this has been proven out by team members transferring to new business with me.

Customers:
Loyalty is the reward I strive for with my clients, putting the customer at the centre of all operational decisions. Focusing the team on making the experience individual has returned for my businesses some great improvement results in repeat business contracts.

Stakeholders / Owners:
I recognise that profitability comes from both aspects of a robust business model and one which I measure through the platform of Gross Profit ‘v’ Direct Profit. Putting the whole management team into this form of accountability reduces the opportunity of leakage and drives the result from the transparent position of control. This has allowed me to increase net profit returns YoY: Maidstone 450k improvement NP – Cheltenham 600k improvement in NP – Bristol 1.2m turn around in NP – South West Market Area turn around 4.2m in NP – Midlands Market Area results turn around 1.2m NP.
