HGV Class 1 Driver
Graham Poole – Rochdale – Manchester
September 2016 to Present
Started working with Graham Pooles immediately after passing my HGV1.
Currently usually working on the Home Bargains contract we have, collecting a trailer every morning, then delivering to 1 or 2 stores, tipping and returning back to the yard. I have experience on general haulage but more often than not I do the supermarket work.

Deputy Store Manager
ALDI – Bury – Manchester
February 2012 to September 2016
I started working at Aldi as a stock assistant, stacking shelves and doing till work, working alongside other team members and customers to provide satisfaction and a pleasant experience with excellent customer service and a friendly approachable attitude. I quickly worked my way up and received 2 promotions and 2 pay rises within a year.
As a deputy store manager my responsibilities included ordering stock, managing large amounts of cash and recording banking deposits, and managing around 5-10 staff daily.

Apprentice Welder/Fabricator + Labourer
Georgian Gates and Railings – Bury – Manchester
October 2010 to February 2012
Daily tasks consisted mostly of preparing and working steel stock, shaping materials, and finishing final products. Occasional welding practice and general labouring, “housekeeping” and tool/machine maintenance and minor repairs were also my responsibility.

EDUCATION

High school GCSE’s with As and Bs in Maths, English and Sciences. Generally did well at school.
