My name is Khalima Shmanova. I’m 26 years old. I’m a graduate student of an MBA in Fashion Business Management.
I was always interested in the Fashion Industry, particularly in styling.

When I graduated bachelor’s degree in Business Management, I have started to work in “The Kooples” to get more experience in working with clients, but my approach to the clients was always based on my styling sense. Now I’m working in Italian Luxury Brand TODS, as a Client advisor. As concerning personality, it is important to know about the lifestyle of the person, comfort, weather, job specification and etc. It is not always about fashion, what is more, important is the personal style
Before London I was studying in Dubai, I was studying Human Resources, which is also helping me to understand people and clients because one of the important things in HR is the psychology of different types of personality. Through psychology, you can understand any type of person’s issues, preferences.

My personality is very open-minded, and I’m ready for any challenges, I can adapt to any situation and to people very quickly. I can work in teams or alone, I’m not a conflict person, and I’m always trying to do my best because I don’t know how to do less. I’m always aware of the Fashion world, trends, influencers, fashion magazines, fashion news, fashion shows, and everything regarding this industry.
