Together as part of a management team of four we managed a team of 26 staff. My role involved attending and representing the Independent Certifier team at all high level client and contractor meetings and ensuring all aspects of compliance and programme were maintained.

I have acted as both Senior Project Manager and Design Assessor on numerous private high end residential refurbishment schemes ranging up to a value of 1.4M. Dealing as direct liaison with each client and project team in ensuring a high standard project completion. I have acted as head contract administrator on a range of commercial developments including a prestigious new venture on behalf of the Victoria and Albert Museum.
I have within this period acted for numerous clients including the National Health Service, Greene King PLC and Westmont Hotel Group on a range of forensic based inspection projects and where resolution of latent defects has proved unsuccessful.

I also managed the scheme while on-site. This included liaising with and updating all parties as necessary, and providing advice on all relevant matters originating from the project, as well as resolving any performance issues which arose.
