Carl Swainston has accomplished himself in domestic and light commercial building design from conception to completion. Carl has accomplished himself in the nuclear industry while working for EDF Energy Hartlepool Power Station as the site civil and structural engineer.
Carl is conversant with the current Building Regulations and Planning Law and currently is involved projects which require Building Control and Planning requirements. He is able to design special concrete foundations to the European Codes of Practice. Carl is also experienced in steel beam and column frame design to BS 5950 and EC3.
