Full Time HGV Class 1 Driver – Northfleet – £45,675 p/a

We have been delivering managed logistics solutions since 1997 and are looking to strengthen our team of drivers throughout the UK.

As a result of contract expansions, we are looking to recruit more dedicated and professional HGV Class 1 drivers to join our existing teams throughout the UK.

We have a fantastic opportunity for HGV Class 1 drivers to work on a Full time (PAYE) basis for our client based in Northfleet.

Our client is a national supermarket who require HGV class 1 drivers to deliver chilled, frozen, and ambient goods to their stores.

As a part Time HGV Class 1 driver your role will involve:

2-3 x store deliveries per shift
Delivering return loads back to the RDC
Loading and unloading your trailer using a PPT

Shift pattern /start times and salary.

Starting Salary £45,675 p/a (with regular salary reviews)
Working any 5 shifts from 7 per week (to include weekends)
Start times between: 03:00-23:30 (on a rotation basis)
Average shift length: 10-12 hours (guaranteed 12 hours pay)
Overtime and additional shifts regularly available

As a Full Time HGV Class 1 driver you will require:

HGV Class 1 entitlement
CPC and Digi Tachograph
No more than 6 penalty points
No IN/DR/DD conviction codes
