Hgv Class 2 Driver

Our client is now recruiting for HGV2 drivers to support their operation with shifts available during the week and / or weekends. Due to being one of the leading food supply chain specialists in the country, they are now coming into an increase in volume, which is expected to continue throughout the Summer and towards the Christmas period.

Your role will be the safe delivery of food products to restaurants and eateries however, due to the current situation, you will be required to deliver goods to the door only, using a sack truck, without unloading into the premises’ building itself.

This role is predominantly multi-drop deliveries throughout the South and therefore experience in multi drop deliveries is essential.

We have an immediate starts available and can accommodate should you wish to work full week shifts, 2-3 shifts per week or weekend only shifts.

Rates of pay will be £13.50 per hour Monday to Friday and £14.50 per hour Saturday/Sunday shifts. (LTD RATES ALSO AVAILABLE)

To be successful in this role you must have;

Minimum 2 years HGV2 driving experience
Valid HGV2 licence, CPC and digicard.
No more than 6 points on your licence
Able to communicate in both written and spoken English
