Abbey Logistics – A UK and European, Industry Leading, food and non-food tanker Distribution Business are seeking to recruit the following;

HGV TANKER DRIVER NIGHTS

Various shift patterns but MUST include Friday & Saturday Nights
Full time permanent

Based at our Newark depot
Tanker experience preferred
Loading and unloading of Sugar
5 nights per week must include Friday & Saturday Nights
Tipper Tankers
Tanker training provided
Night shift payment – £12.38 per night
£15.43 Monday – Friday / £16.34 Saturday / £18.67 Sunday
The role of an Abbey Logistics Class1 Tanker Driver is to safely and efficiently, deliver customer products using tankers throughout the UK and into Europe if required.

Duties will include:

Collection & Delivery of product in tankers to and from customer locations
Keeping your vehicle in clean condition
Using your digital hand-held device to record all circle checks and deliveries
Following company procedures in accordance with strict industry guidelines
Experience

Hold a full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence (no more than 6 penalty points)
Tanker work preferred but not essential as training will be given
Must hold a valid and up to date DCPC Card
