Interaction Recruitment are looking for an experienced recovery driver with a class 2 licence and CPC for their Client based in Bradford

The candidate must have the following:
In-depth knowledge of breakdown products
In-depth knowledge of systems and processes
Requirement to conform to Data Protection Act, Working Time Directive, Health & Safety, Disability Act & FSA

Regulated Training Modules:
Insurance and FSA regulation
Introduction to regulated complaints
Complaints handling
A logical thinker with proven problem-solving skills
Excellent vehicle handling skills
A flexible approach to meet the needs of the business
The ability to operate and maximize the use of all modern equipment including computerized equipment
The ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and colleagues in a face-to-face situation or via the telephone, always calm and reacts well under pressure
The ability to work under pressure and to see a job through to completion
Good time management skills

This is a temporary contract to the end of July, training will be given for 1 week with a further 1-2 days ride out, training will take place in Macclesfield. Hotel and expenses will be paid for.
