Holly Drafahl
Profile
An assertive, determined and decisive Transport Manager used to working in uncomfortable and extremely pressured environments whilst meeting targets. I have excellent communications skills from my experience delivering instructions and enforcing compliance. Working alone or in a team I can lead and manage personnel whilst still carrying on with my own work. I empower my team ensuring they all have responsibility giving them high morale and purpose. I am used to making on the spot decisions on a daily basis and adapting to different scenarios, often changing the plan. Unable to leave questions unanswered I will always endeavour to find an answer.
