Enva is a full-service and leading provider of recycling and resource recovery solutions, with locations across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

We are currently looking for HGV Class 1 tramper driver to join our business, based out of our Droylsden site.

The role involves collection and deliveries of our award winning wood products to and from various sites across the UK and liaising with a team of transport schedulers.

Role and responsibilities:

Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects, ensuring that your vehicle is roadworthy and presentable to Company standards
Compliance with all legislation including driver’s hours and highway regulations
Duty of care to self and colleagues
Maintenance of mandatory driver/vehicle records
Provide customers with the highest level of service
Excellent awareness and understanding of Health and Safety.
Person Specifications

The ideal candidate will have:

A valid HGV Class 1 Licence
A valid Digital Tachograph Card
Driver CPC
Clean driving licence preferable
Experience in a similar role
Knowledge of operating walking floors and blower trailer would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.
