• Responsible for the planning and day to day running of the refurbishment programme.
• Responsible for all operational activity from start to finish and ensuring adherence to all company policies, procedures and practices.
• Finalising works programme with the site manager which includes confirming kitchen, bathroom and door choices, kitchen layout plans and asbestos reports.
