PROFILE
I have also utilised my technical knowledge over the past 15 years by delivering a series of small domestic projects with my own company ranging from; Loft Conversions, Rear Extensions and Domestic Structural Alternations and assisted with resolving party wall disputes. I have worked within the traffic and transportation sector for 19 years and the domestic construction industry for 15 years, I have been involved in local UK private and public projects I have also worked in Africa.

I have also been involved with Party Wall Disputes, Manage refurbishments, Voids and Disrepair Cases.
I successfully led the implementation of Hammersmith & Fulham Council Borough wide estates Drainage Cleaning (£4m), and Garage refurbishment programme under a JCT contract (£500k).
I achieved commercial stretch target margins set by senior management against subcontract packages that were previously identified as underperforming.
Accountable for internal periodic reporting to senior management including the monitoring and provide milestone progress reports.
My role as project leader, was also to draft invitation to tender to award the contract to the most competitive tenderer and manage the following areas of the project lifecycle.
Preparing estimated budgets project costs.

I have successfully implementation a series of highway improvement schemes that enhanced the social fabric of a number high streets within the borough by introducing new footway paving stones landscaping, a series of traffic management and improved street lighting (£0.5m)
As the senior engineer my role was manage the project lifecycle this consisted of:

Consult and liaise with Council and Member of Parliament enquires and provided technical advice.

I delivered a range of traffic and road infrastructure measures in accordance with the Council’s Local Sustainable Transport Fund program (LIP) to improve modal choice within the City of Cambridge. This role involved forming stakeholder relationships with local bus operators, Local Haulage Companies, and emergency services.

As part of the Major’s 10-point surface transport strategy, Transport of London reviewed all short- and long-term highway works. These requests varied from; approving temporary traffic management layouts, to network resurfacing programmes, that could adverse impact on the network.
As a Senior Network Impact Engineer, my role was to manage and negotiate the severity of the foreseeable adverse impacts. This ranged from daily requests made by the following London Borough’s: Barnet, Brent, Hillingdon and Uxbridge. With the aim to with the view to mitigation any foreseeable adverse impacts.

The Spintex road between the Flower Pot roundabouts and the Accra Mall, (East Legon) road construction and widening project. I successfully delivered a range of temporary traffic management layouts in accordance to UK standards Chapter 8 including temporary traffic lights and junction designs. By incorporating UK standards site safety was emphasized and project lifecycle was reduced ($80m)
OTHER PROJECTS
I have been appointed as senior engineer at the following Consultancy and Local Authorities Mouchel, WSP, Harlow, Harlow District Council, Newham and Waltham Forest: To Safety Audit, Design and Implement a number of traffic management projects and features such as; pedestrian crossing point, Signals schemes, cycling schemes and review traffic orders and Negotiate Section 278 agreements.
INTERESTS
The majority of my social time is spent with my family enjoying leisure activities.
