HGV LGV Driving Instructor Driver Trainer – Northampton – £27,000 a year

Complete Training Services Ltd are a rapidly expanding company with offices in Coventry but also operating in Birmingham, Leicester & Northants and looking to expand into other areas in the next 12 months. We are currently sourcing more vehicle and so require more instructors in a variety of areas.(If successful your base will be close to you and your nearest test site)

We are looking for smart, self motivated people who enjoy the daily challenges of teaching someone who has never driven a truck before, to train them in 16 hours of tuition to be able to pass their test with confidence. Now, somedays this can be a challenge, but it makes the job even more rewarding when they do get that PASS !!!

We are in need of more Qualified/Experienced Driver Trainers (other training/teaching qualifications may be considered i.e. Cat D, ADI or PTTLS, coaching certificates) that can work on their own initiative, give a clear and concise commentary drive and be proficient enough to train candidates.

NOT a job for the faint hearted or someone that thinks its easy. IT’S NOT!!! You will require those special skills and tact that evade most people.

We usually operate on a 5 day week, but because of the vast quantity of work we have booked at the moment, our current team are sharing some of the weekend work until we get the COVID19 backlog up to date. A normal weeks work is loosely based on a 45hr week with a Friday usually ending just after lunch. The choice is yours to either work weekends or not.
