WORK EXPERIENCE
Professional Driver (Reservist)

I am currently undertaking a selection of Basic Driver Training Courses; these courses comprise of Large Goods Vehicle (LGV) Category C + E truck and trailer combinations (drawbar/articulated) I am also progressing with the military ‘White Fleet’ package and General Service (GS) Vehicle Module 1 & 2 driver packages including driving off road, learning convoy procedures and the military art of camouflage and concealment for vehicle activities.
I am in possession of a full ADR license with tanks (Vocational Training Certificate for the carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) administered by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA).
These training courses will give me an advanced understanding of my role as a driver, which include transport procedures and regulations, vehicle loading and the handling of passengers and cargo.

If a customer had the finances available to clear all/part of their personal debt in one lump sum payment, then I had the ability to negotiate directly with one of the 3,500 plus creditors around the country to get the best possible reduction/discount on behalf of our customer’s.

• The opportunity to establish trust and build a relationship with customer’s who were in need of advice and support because they had problems with their levels of debt.
• Quickly built rapport with each customer before taking them through a detailed fact find to ascertain the extent and the context of their financial problems.
