I have worked in the British army(infantry) for 4 years and have picked up I skills such as team work, communication, as well as discipline. I am hard working and enthusiastic as well as being very active. I have also had experience in farm work which also requires you to work as a team or on your own, and have also worked in time frames. I also have a range of vehicle licenses.

Key achievements

● Working away in Canada with the British army providing safety for other countries, as well as our own.
● Working within a time frame and keeping track of time while working the harvest in most weather conditions.
● Achieving my licenses such as- Cat B, Cat C, C1, CPC card, Digital tachograph card.
● Winning a patrol competition in the British army

Employment experience

● Beating for the duke of Northumberland- (duties included)- retrieving the game in fields and forests, as well as working as a team to ensure safety.
● Agriculture college- (duties included)- general sheep work, general cattle work, working on farm machinery as well as operating them and understanding the background of them, learning how to use different equipment either new or old, I also provided fencing for animals.
● Bywell shooting ground- I completed a harvest, the duties that I carried out included – preparation of the fields, carting the crops when needed within a time frame, using the dryer whilst providing safety for other, also preparing fields for cultivation within a team.
● Kitchen porter- (duties included)- washing the dishes on a daily basis whilst keeping up with the front of house staff and head chefs, preparing the food before service, keeping the kitchen clean which included sweeping and mopping as well as using chemicals to clean benches and also dealing with waste.
● British army fusiliers- (duties included)- training to shoot targets from a good distance or close range, deploying on exercises in different countries such as Morocco, Canada, Falkland’s. Providing team work in climate conditions, I am also first aid trained (team medic). I have also played enemy for different companies on a 24-hour basis. I have also drove warriors in exercises in countries such as Canada, ensuring the warrior is well maintained and safe for use as well as mechanicals skills in a warrior such as changing light bulbs, changing the track, replacing the battery, removal of the seats and changing road wheels.
● – Ashington removals and storage started November 10th 2016, duties include driving a 18t waggon to and from jobs and with the help of other lads load the waggon to get the task done, been away around the country on the job doing some tramping also.
● Current employment The Durham company max recycles- started December 2017,this role involves driveing a 26ton bin lorry equipped with all the latest equipment such as rear wheel steer etc, job involves collecting general waste, cardboard and also glass.
