Installation Engineer
Virgin Media – Birmingham
February 2017 to Present
Key responsibilities include, installing and servicing TV, Broadband and phone lines for customers, largely a customer facing job whilst installing and diagnosing problems with equipment. Have to be confident and friendly to customers whilst maintaining a high standard of work especially when working in a customers home. Also requires good communication skills not only with customers but as a team member to ensure not only all my daily workload is covered but also ensure that all work in the region that is scheduled for that day is complete so requires quite a lot of flexibility to ensure all tasks are done.

Responsibilities:
Set up and organise a team of colleagues to work together to complete replenishment of the shop to a high standard. I do this while also maintaining “KRA’s” such as wages and sales figures
Accomplishments:
I am young and energetic so during my time in this job I have been able to motivate people and train them to a very high standard of work
