In my role as UK Logistics Manager I oversee 5 Depots in Fareham, Hemel Hempstead, Leeds, Newcastle and Glasgow with satellite centres in Preston, Aberdeen and Inverness. In this role I oversee
all Budgets, Daily, Weekly and Monthly KPIs, to monitor progress through to completion to enhance processes and procedures.
Management and Staff Recruitment. Staff Development and Training. The business as a whole has grown 43.5% in 1 year under my guidance with 99.2% on time deliveries, with 0.4% warehouse damages and
a fuel saving of 61.75% through our driver training program.
