Pure staff are looking for C+E Tramping driver’s to work alongside one of our client’s in the Redditch area.

Pure Staff are currently looking for enthusiastic & experienced HGV C+E drivers to join our team of flexible employees to work with this specific client.

Our client is a large (well-known) blue chip specialist distribution company that is currently operating trunk routs for new parcel hub locally.

They currently require ongoing C+E tramper’s to work with their current team. This job is long term ongoing

The job its self can consist of some trailer swaps and trunking routes, 3 trunks per day.

Tramping up-to 6 days per week, this can include some weekend working.

Distribution is completed in a Articulated lorry, normally a DAF or Volvo with sleeper cab with fridge, microwave fertilities & curtain sided trailer.

(There is NO handball to be expected on this job)

Our Clients are looking for a candidate that can not only drive C+E Articulated lorry successfully but that can communicate well to ensure that all deliveries / collections / trailer swaps are completed.

There is a stop call wait procedure to maximise on productivity and keep drivers informed on possible delays or route changes.

This can be a customer facing role so the perfect candidate will be of smart appearance with a polite nature, you will need to show willingness to give that little extra to ensure our clients end user has the best experience possible.

Start times can vary but normally between 04:00am and 10:00am shifts can be long hours but in keeping with tachograph law up to 10 to 12 hr per shift.

You will require;

HGV C+E Driving licence (Held for 2 years)
CPC Card
Digital thacograph card
Clean Licence with no more than 6 points (no TT MS DR DD) codes
Experience not necessary but can be advantageous
Pay;

Days PAYE up-to £900 per week

Ltd Company Contractors £1050 per week

Pure Staff require 20 drivers for this role so please be advised;
