Swift Temps is recruiting for a Class 1 and 2 Drivers with an immediate starts for our client based in Skelmersdale.

LTD pay rate for the role of Days Class 1 from £12.50 per hour up to £15.00 per hour for overtime after 10 hrs, Class 2 £11.00 per hour.

With a guaranteed minimum of 8 hrs per day. Swift Temps NW are delighted to offer an opportunity to start work for an excellent local company with various start times.

PAYE and LTD drivers are welcome!

Roles available:

General haulage – Monday to Friday, and Weekends available, overtime after 10hrs, occasional nights out available. Either refrigeration utilising autobay or curtain side using pallet track.

Our Perfect Worker:

As a HGV Class 1 driver, you will ideally have –

12 months Class 1 driving experience
No more than 6 points
Digi card and DCPC

CONTRACT HAULAGE WORK AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND FOR OWNER-DRIVERS AND FLEET OWNERS WITH RIGID OR ARTICULATED VEHICLES.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
