Sales Operations Representative

Prospect/client negotiation

• Standard new business – pricing from fee schedule under supervision;  deviation from fee schedule to be approved  according to discount approvals process
  • Responsibility for negotiating and pricing of incoming sales for allocated regions
  • Backup responsibility for negotiating and pricing of other regions
• Checking on breakage fees;  participate in fee discussions (with Business Manager/Senior Associate Manager)
• Responsible for collating initial bank loan information prior to advising clients of fees
• Preliminary negotiation of any escalated collections issues; referred  to Business  Manager/Senior Associate if required

Compliance and administration

• Pre-Sale administration of agreements
  • Responsibility for sending out and receiving agreements, whether  through Echosign or manually
  • Administration of the 17g5 compliance
• Post-sale administration of all agreements
  • Send contracts to ASU
  • Update Salesforce.com
  • Check & ensure that deals are entered into RPM by ASU;
  • Check that the deal appears correctly in GRP
  • Daily check of notifications from RPM
  • Follow all deals through RPM
  • Check for GRP notification of deal rated
  • Modification of GRP entry to reflect final issuance amounts
  • Engage GRP entry;  this sends the request to billing (Genpact)- to raise invoice
  • Liaise with billing/finance/ASU to ensure that all deals are processed and billed

Support and Reporting

• Provide support to other members of Inside Sales & Client Business Managers, as directed by manager
• Liaise with finance support (billing, collections, cash), with ASU/Analysts as necessary
• Other duties as requested by management
