Equities Electronic Client Solutions (ECS) is recruiting for Analytics/Algo Trading product management role based out of London. The ECS team is responsible for electronic trading in Equities for JP Morgan and works closely with internal & external clients to deliver state of the art trading solutions. The team is currently seeking to hire a versatile individual with a quantitative background & experience in electronic trading, data handling, predictive analytics & product management.
Responsibilities include:

Working with clients, internal stakeholders and multiple internal groups to drive product delivery to commercial effect

Day to day management of JP Morgan’s industry leading pre, intra & post trade analytics platform JPMA+

Execution Advisory – work closely with clients to optimise and improve their trading performance

Algorithmic product delivery – focussed on converting client feedback into relevant requirements for algosQualifications

Experience in electronic & cash trading analytics – Market Impact modelling, TCA, pre-trade & portfolio analytics, best execution, understanding of IOIs, block loss

Relevant experience in some aspects of Equities, Futures or FX Electronic Trading – Algos, Analytics, Smart Order Routing and/or Internalisation

Mathematical/hard sciences/engineering background preferably with experience in q/kdb+ & python. The role will require the capability to run independent analyses leveraging the firm’s tick & trade infrastructure

Product management experience – the role involves working closely with several teams across the bank (technology, quants, control functions) to deliver a high quality product

Commercial focus & client facing personality – the role involves heavy client interaction & working with sales/coverage teams to market the product to a sophisticated client base ranging across institutional & quant investors. Successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of seniorities & possess strong communication skills
