Job Title: Class 1 / Class 2 Recovery Driver
Company: Eurotow

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

Salary: £38,000 starting salary with potential to earn up to £50,000

The Role
We are currently looking for experienced and motivated Class 1 or Class 2 Recovery Drivers to join our growing team, covering Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.

No two days are the same — you’ll be out on the road handling a variety of situations, from roadside breakdowns to complex vehicle recoveries. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that suits someone who enjoys problem-solving and working independently.

Working Hours

10-hour shifts
Mixture of days and nights
Weekend work required
Elements of on-call duty
Flexibility is essential due to the nature of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to vehicle breakdowns and accidents
Safely recover and transport vehicles, including commercial vehicles
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance
Complete relevant paperwork and reports accurately
Requirements

Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) licence
CPC qualification and valid Digi Tacho card
Previous driving experience is essential
Must be aged 21 or over
Basic mechanical knowledge required
Previous recovery or towing experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided
Good knowledge of road safety and regulations
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Must be able to pass police vetting
