Dance:

-DMU STEPPERS: I have always been intrigued with African- American culture and watched movies such as ‘Stomp the Yard’ and ‘Step Sisters’ which inspired me to join this dance group at DeMontfort University. Stepping is form of dance in which the body is used as an instrument sounds through a mixture of footsteps, spoken word, and hand claps.
Music:
-DMU GOSPEL CHOIR: Growing up in a christian background, I have always listened to gopsel music and been apart of choirs. They have also been on Britian’s got Talent and made it to the semi final.
-I also play the piano and play the violin to grade 5 standard.
Travel:
-I enjoy travelling to different coiuntries to inspire my life and fashion work.
-I recently went to Copenhagen in Denmark to research sustainability in Fashion.
Fashion:
– I like to attend fashion events and festivals such as London fashion week and understand the importance of networking within the industry.
Languages:
-I like to learn new languages and currently teaching myself French.
