Summary

We are seeking a dedicated HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team in GB. Based at our location, this role is vital in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods, reflecting our company’s commitment to quality service and employee well-being.
Responsibilities

Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently.
Load and unload freight using curtain side trailers.
Ensure timely delivery of goods to various locations.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle logs.
Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.
Uphold the company’s values of respect and care for colleagues.
Qualifications
Valid HGV Class 1 license.
Proven experience in commercial driving and delivery.
Familiarity with curtain side operations.
Strong understanding of road safety regulations.
Excellent driving record.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
